After a brief hiatus, Sun Valley Floral Farms in Arcata, CA has resumed growing Freesia. They are only growing the white variety “Versailles” and it will be a year-round offering. Sun Valley CEO, Lane DeVries says, “Over the last year we received so many requests for our Freesia, we decided to bring the crop back into the rotation. It grows exceptionally well here in the cool coastal climate of Arcata so the quality looks amazing.” The first blocks of Freesia are being picked now.
